Micro.blog should have a literal syntax for linking to users on other services. Mastodon uses the @<domain> but this is ugly and gross. I propose :<domain>, e.g. @pyrmont:twitter.com or @pyrmont:instagram.com. When cross-posting, these links could be rewritten as needed.
